Friday sessions are going well – similar attendance to the trial sessions that we ran a few weeks ago.
The club is continuing to operate at a slight loss month on month.
Financial position would be helped if more members paid by Standing Order.

A welfare issue was discussed. Full details are held by the Committee and the Welfare Officer.
Edwin would welcome feedback regarding coaching delivery.
A prospective new coach has been identified and they have confirmed an initial commitment to the club. Preparations are underway to commence the relevant training.
The club will conducting a kit audit and purchasing replacement materials as required.
The Committee is investigating suitable venues to host the Christmas Party. Further details to follow.
Website wording RE swimming ability
We have recently had new members that have very limited swimming ability, and they have been under the impression that we offer full swim teaching. The website will be amended to direct non-swimmers to Swim England for help on finding a learn to swim programme.
Pronouns on session registers
This was removed from the Agenda and therefore not discussed.
Manchester Pride / Children’s attendance
The club has secured a place in the Manchester Pride Parade and full details will be circulated very shortly. The Committee is satisfied that children can attend under adult supervision, subject to any restrictions imposed by the event organiser.
Coffee Cranks is closed but the toilet facilities remain open until 5pm.
