Treasurer
Bank balance is currently a little under £11k.
Profit year-to-date is around £3k.
The club is opening a savings account to earn greater interest on club funds.
Membership
Average attendance remains good.
Wednesday attendance has been very good recently.
Coaching
Coaching is going well.
Edwin continues to have regular support on a Tuesday from Tom, and there is now a rota for Wednesday coaching. Phil will be starting his coaching course shortly. The committee hopes to support further members through coaching courses if there is interest.
Welfare
Swim England have introduced updates to their safeguarding policy which affects masters clubs. The committee is ensuring that Northern Wave are compliant with the new regulations.
Other Business
2025 Gala update
The committee is continuing to plan a 2025 event.
Pride Parade application
Pride Parade application will be submitted shortly. The intention remains to submit a shared application with the Sharks.
Feedback from Marie RE funding
Marie is continuing to research funding opportunities for the club.
Socials
There is an extended social on 2nd March with dinner afterwards. Plans for crazy golf on week of 6th April. An email will be prepared shortly to include details of both.

George House Trust
We raised money for George House Trust and we need to pay them. Donald looked online but they charge a 7% transaction fee. Agreed to send them a cheque and a social media post will be made about it.
