Membership
Monday and Wednesday attendance steady. Saturday slowly increasing. Tuesday decreasing.
Falling Tuesday attendance
Slow trend of decreasing attendance. No identifiable cause at this point. Committee will continue to monitor.
Coaching
No concerns or issues.

Kit/cage update
New kit now purchased for Moss Side and Hough End – will thin out any old kit that can be thrown away/donated.
Long sessions over summer
We have booked extra sessions and Edwin will poll members to see what they want to do.
Welfare
A welfare issue was discussed.
Other Business
Committee positions/secretary role
Not received any expressions of interest for roles eligible for election.
Reduced rates for unemployed members
Discussion as to how we can support members in periods of unemployment. Agreed that we will direct people to the welfare officer who will then liaise with relevant executive committee.
Swimwear/clothing supplier
New supplier will commence with clothing/accessories, with swimwear to follow once it is added to their product range. Further details to follow.
Gala
Registrations are coming in. We are hopeful for another successful event.
