Bank balance just under £14,000.
Membership
Slight drop in Tuesday numbers recently.
Gentle increase in Monday and Saturday numbers.
Wednesday remains steady.
Coaching
Lane etiquette will be encouraged on poolside by coaches. The club will explore an offer of a coached open water swim session. We will off members of George House Trust a taster session. The coaching team has grown to the benefit of swimmers and the other coaches.

A flyer has been created and circulated to other clubs.
Will be advertised on the Swim England website.
Club diversity/inclusion action plan
The committee has updated an annual plan and will submit it for SE approval.

The club will book a venue for after the pool party.
Committee positions
Those positions due to expire in 2026 will be advertised for expressions of interest.
Cage/ kit
Swim England funding has been spent on a new cage at Moss Side cage plus new kit for swimmers. There is some old kit that will be offered to swimmers.
