Ben Gross has been co-opted to the committee to assist with social media.
Treasurer
Bank balance sitting just shy of £14,700.
Club is running at a profit – fee increase has been successful.
As things stand, unlikely to need to re-consider fees in the New Year.
Membership
Attendance flat and stable.
Recent Saturday sessions have higher than usual attendance
Welfare
A welfare issue was discussed.
Coaching
The club is considering introducing a standard operating procedure for coaching support, to ensure continuity of service.
We are looking to run a survey early in the new year to get feedback on the club generally, but also coaching.

Ben noting Instagram views have increased. Posts are regularly scheduled.
Northern Wave Manchester Masters 2026
The club has submitted an application to host a gala again in August 2026.
AOB
Kit order / cleaning
We will be ordering a replacement cage for Moss Side, and then cleaning our existing kit and replacing old kit with some new items.
Christmas Party
An email will be circulated shortly with further information for the Christmas party, and to invite award nominations.
Final Committee Meeting
There will be a very small / informal meeting on Thursday 18 December to wrap up the year.
GLL Surveys
We have received surveys for the GLL sites that we swim at, and we will fill them in to reflect issues faced by members.
