Gala was a success – discussed further below.
Treasurer
Bank balance sitting just below £6000. We have paid a few invoices recently so figure will increase as income continues to arrive.
Membership
Session attendance all had a slight uptick in the last few weeks.
Coaching
New coaching program has been scheduled up to Christmas. Tuesday and Wednesday sessions will focus on CSS pace training and working into some sprints. Monday and Saturday sessions will rotate through the previous program of a variety of strokes/pacing.
Daniele will join our coaching team once he has received his full certification.
A diving start / turns session will be run on 6 September.

Competition Debrief
The competition was a success and the committee has agreed to run the event again in 2026, subject to pool availability. Further details to follow.
Christmas Party Update
Christmas party is to be booked and details will follow.

Daniele has offered to help with the club social media.
Club Kit
We will be producing an inventory of existing club kit so that we can consider purchasing new / replacement items.

Information is being finalised and the website will be updated / emails will be sent to new members after submitting a membership form.
Grants
Recent grants awarded by Autotrader and Sport England have been approved and money is expected to arrive soon.
AOB
People will be encouraged to take photos at Pride.
The committee will be selecting photographs from the gala photographer for use on social media (we have paid for 25 images).
There is a meeting amongst Manchester clubs RE Euro Games 2027 and Ali will attend.
